Description

The combined deviation-acoustic tool is mainly designed to meet the need of measuring deviation parameters and acoustic amplitude together. Adding borehole temperature and spontaneous potential (SP) raises the level of combination, so that a single run yields a greater number of parameters. It can simultaneously measure: hole inclination (deviation angle), azimuth, borehole temperature, dual-receiver & single-receiver acoustic intervals, acoustic amplitude, spontaneous potential (SP), apparent resistivity, etc.

Integrating the essence of four products—deviation, acoustic, temperature and SP—this tool features excellent sensors, stable circuitry and reliable mechanics.

It is now widely used in coal fields, coal-bed methane (CBM), shale gas, hydrology, radioactive uranium mining and other fields.
